CATALYST was formed in the year 2008 with an intention to provide Multi-professional services to the Aspirants. Later on in the year 2011 Catalyst house building co-operative society was formed and permission is accorded from the Addl.Registrar of Co-operative societies to take the Associate members and to allot sites to the willing members/associate members. There by the society is at liberty to allot sites to general public, apart from associated members.

The investment opportunities are made available to the convenience of the investors to choose and buy their plots from their innovative, appreciative and in most welcomed projects.
