Heal Fitness Zone chapter started in 2009 as a "fitness centre" when our centre was set up in Mysore. Since then we have tried to successfully deliver the concept of complete health facility to most of our members with services ranging from fitness test, physiotherapy, diet counselling, weight loss, weight gain, fitness programs, martial arts and many more. Heal Fitness Zone is equipped with cardiovascular and strength training equipment and offers group exercise classes such as Aerobics, Dance, Zumba, Taekwondo, Karate.
